On January 17, 2021, the company successfully held the 2021 Employee Conference. The event was attended and guided by the presence of:
- Mr. Nguyen Ba Quang – Chairman of the Board

- Ms. Tran Quoc Huong – Deputy General Director
- Heads and deputy heads of departments, along with 197 delegates representing over 2,000 employees, also attended the conference.

Evaluation of Business and Production Results for 2020
At the conference, Mr. Ho Ngoc Lan, General Director of the company, reviewed the business and production results for 2020. Despite the severe impacts of COVID-19 and natural disasters, thanks to wise leadership and the collective spirit of the entire company, the business successfully overcame challenges and achieved significant results.

Union Activities and Employee Care
In addition, the conference heard a report from Nguyen Thi Thanh Van, President of the Company’s Trade Union, on the implementation of company regulations and labour agreements. She also highlighted updates from the 2019 Labour Law affecting employees.
