The Sewing Factory
Two garment factories with 40 production lines (each line has 30 workers), 1 Cutting workshop, 2 Embroidery workshops, 1 Washing workshop applying a closed production system. THIANCO has been completely proactive in the production process; responding as quickly as possible to the requirements of domestic and international customers in terms of producing huge quantity orders, short production times, diverse categories, especially requests for materials from recycled fibers and organic components.

Cutting Workshop
Equipments: Equipped with modern machinery (8 automatic spreading machines, 2 automatic cutting machines) imported from China, Taiwan and France.
Capacity: 15 million cutting panels/year.
Embroidery Workshop
Equipments: Equipped with a set of 9 Tajima embroidery machines imported from Japan.
Capacity: 15 million emb products/year.
Washing Workshop
Equipments: Equipped with 2 washing machines, 2 extractors, and 10 drying machines imported from China.
Capacity: 6 million products/year.
The Spinning Factory
Spinning Factory established in 2015 with fully equipped equipment lines and a dedicated professional team. We specializes in manufacturing yarn products, including combed and carded blended yarn with counts ranging from Ne 20 to Ne 40. We are committed to following industry standards and promoting sustainable practices. Modern yarn spinning lines with 25,000 spindles.
Equipments: Equipped with a synchronized production line of imported equipment from Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Japan, China and India.
Product: CVC, TC carded-combed with count Ne 20 to Ne 40 with recycled polyester.

The Carton Factory
Carton Factory was established in 2015, with a professional closed production system. Our products are made from recycled materials certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), combined with strict manufacturing processes and modern machinery, ensuring that each product produced meets high quality and environmental standards.
Equipments: Equipped with a set of modern machinery imported from Japan, Korea, Taiwan including: corrugating machine, horizontal printing machine, vertical printing machine, die-cutting machine, gluing machine, carton stapling machine and automatic cone tube machine.
Product: 3-layer, 5-layer, 7-layer carton as well as paper cones.
